Paid for new decoder, no delivery after 21 days.
When TopTV switched to StarSat, we could not get any transmission from StarSat.
I logged various enquiries after holding 30 minutes for the call centre to answer.
They advised me that my decoder broke and I have to buy a new decoder through them, they will courier to me for free within 7 work days.
I bought a decoder from them deposit the money and emailed the slip to their account department.
I phoned 3 times that afternoon, after holding once again - 30 minutes each time for their call centre.
They could not trace my payment and ask me to send it through which I did, this time emailing it 3 times after each other to make sure they received it.
Once again, no response from Starsat. Its 16 working days and still no decoder, no emails, no calls, no sms to provide info on the process - what happened to my ne decoder???
