I have been with TopTv for a long time and cannot believe the services received. Firstly in I had a problem with my decoder and only to be told to buy a new on as it is broken. When going to buy the new decoder and phoning in to try set it up, the operator then tells me to try the old one before we connect the new and low and behold there was nothing wrong with the old one. I was furious as I have now wasted money and have the other decoder. They apologise and tell me to sell one after their stupidity and lack of knowledge who must I sell it too. Now in May I had no signal and only promo channel when requesting assistance nothing so did not pay and was stuck with the promo channel. I sure as was not going to buy another decoder. I then paid for the kids sake at the end of May for June and not being told or even informed to pay R95 for May. I come home to be disconnected. Buying the two decoders I could have just got DSTV decoder and pay R175 per month. U always have to contact Toptv and use all your airtime as you wait for about 15min before answering. when taking to the operator and not all but most you get treated like you are the one in the wrong. they don't care about their client
