Please be advised that you can keep my services disconnected for as long as you wish - as I explained that due to some Technical error from my side - the payment did not go through - unfortunately I have nothing to back this - except my word. Like I said when I saw the message on Sunday night - I realised that the payment never went through after checking this on my internet banking, apologies for my tardiness.
Non-the less - I made payment the Sunday night - this was still not good enough because Monday I was disconnected. When trying to phone to to enquire why this is? as the mail clearly read ; make payment immediately to avoid disconnection. (Which I did - that I got paperwork for - but hey take my word I did the transfer.)
So Now what is going to happen is - I will send you my phone bill showing how many times I was CUT-OFF while on hold - Must have been a technical error. - then you (multichoice) is going to cover that expense - I will cover the re-connection fee.
