I phoned @ 12:00 today to upgrade my account from DSTV Select 1 to Compact bouquet. I have paid R260 yesterday on my account for this upgrade. The lady there then told me everything is fine after she had reset my decoder on the system when she upgraded it. My DSTV has been switched off and I cannot even watch my previous bouquet. It already cost me R50 of airtime on my cellphone to hold for a consultant. I will not tolerate this anymore, I will put in the newspapers the quality of service one get from DSTV. If the consultant does not know how to do the job, why is she in that position??? I will take it further and will not waste anymore of my airtime on this!!!
