No Answer to e-mail

Hi

I'm a Top TV subscriber. Because they have started cancelling certain channels and replacing them with a load of rubbish. I have decided to cancel my subscription. I sent them a couple of e-mails through their web-site and even told them that I will be putting a stop order on the debit order but still no reply from them.
