Multichoice ripoff once more

Recreation & Entertainment

Shocking and Appauling are the only words that can describe the latest e-mail from Multichoice regarding the switchover to DVB-52 standard. So if I go to channel 425 and see an error messegae, not only do I have to pay R1.00 for a sms to be sent, but any upgrade is for MY account although I had NOTHING to do with Multichoices decision to switch over to some standard when my current DSTV HD works just 100%. What a joke... if it doesn't work YOU will fix it it for free and immediately. You cannot charge your clients for something that's not in their control you.
THIS TEXT IS FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I CANNOT DESCRIBE IT BETTER, SO I JUST COPIED IT. EVERYBODY SHOULD COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS CASE.
