We were disconnected in October in spite of having paid our account, and subsequently forced to pay R50 to be reconnected. We have now twice faxed proof the account was paid to 011 577 4901, but we have still not been refunded the R50 plus associated bank charges. Additionally we are also still waiting for the R100 we should have received for switching to debit order.
