Unfair Disconnections/Demands of Reconnection Fees

I paid my DStv account on 03/02/2014 and then 3 days later on 06/02/2014, Multichoice disconnected my account!!! Upon forwarding them proof of payment they reconnected the account BUT DEMANDED I PAY RECONNECTION FEES!!! This is grossly unfair. Multichoice doesn't value or respect the customers. People deserve better than this; I certainly deserve better than this.

Why must I be forced to pay extra reconnection fees when my account should never have been disconnected to begin with? I consider this to be daylight. Multichoice is taking us customers for a ride. As things stand they are no different from a thug holding customers at gunpoint knowing full well there is very little we can do about it.
