Poor Service

I purchased a new HD PVR from Teleradio in Phalaborwa, today. At approximately 13:00 a technician arrived at my house to install the new decoder. At 16:30 the new decoder was still not functioning. The technician has left and I was left without any DSTv. I was told that the decoder that was sold to me was not on the "system" and it appears as if it was previously returned because there was a problem with it.

Teleradio refused to reconnect my old HD PVR and told me that I can do it myself.
