DVD sticks and your staff DON'T care

Dear Movie Magic,

I rented a DVD (new release) from your store yesterday. The DVD had issues playing with the DVD sticking and skipping parts. You can imagine the frustration this causes.

I went to return the DVD today and complain to one of your store's staff. She had absolutely NO care what so ever for the trouble I had and told me it was my DVD players fault! I have experienced DVD playing faults from your store on 'cheap' DVD players and in this case a very expensive DVD player. I assure you it is not the DVD player as I never have these problems renting DVD's elsewhere.

The staff's attitude and response is completely unacceptable, against the consumer protection act and I guarantee you that I will never rent from you ever again.
