BOX SERVICE DESKTOP PLAYER MOVIE RENTALS A JOKE!

The Box Office Desktop Player offering online movie rentals is a complete waste of time. Tonight we once again spent R 60 on the same movie and yet the movie did not download. One could understand the odd technical difficulty but this must be the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and there is never anyone who can help after 7pm which is when you actually have time to watch the movies!! You are told to email your query, fat lot of good that does when you want to sit down and watch the movie!!

Modern technology - ha! Maybe in a first world country, Multichoice is obviously still 3rd world. The old fashioned "video store" looks like the only way to go if you want to stay honest and not download illegal movies!
