BoxOffice renting problem seems to go on

Tonight was the cherry on the cake. It was the 5 th time we had to fone the call centre to rent a movie. After waiting for ever only to find out that once again 'technical difficulty' and also that they can not give is the movie over the phone because on a sunday there systems get swiched off at 21.00. This would have been the 5 th time we had to phone to rent a movie. So we have to pay the movie and pay for 52 min each time we want to rent a movie. We could rather rent a movie from a dvd store, so why do we have Boxoffice? We emailed but nothing came from it? So what now? Why doe we have to phone every time to see a movie?
