The past month i visited three of your musica stores. They all have one thing in common, not one of your music players is in working order. After buying a couple of CD's you can not even return one of them as this is against your company policy. It seems i should rather buy from LOOK & LISTEN since the equipment in the stores is always in working order and the staff is always friendly. I bought a CD from your Witbank branch today, once again your equipment was faulty. I returned the CD to your store and explained to your manager that i am tired of complaining to them about the same problem over and over and nothing is done to improve / solve this issue.
Now before i go any further, Do you get your staff on the street corners where they beg for money? When i discussed the situation with your manager at the Witbank branch she told me straight to my face "Well i hope you have a budget to fix our music player's because we don't. GUY'S CONGRATULATIONS!!! That is actually the best answer any manager could give a client. I am really disappointed to say the least. I am sure she will be a major asset to your store with her attitude.
