I though I will rent a movie via [URL Removed] and what was nice is the website says I am able to download and stream my rented movie...

Ok I login and rent the movie from my credit card... WOW now I am only able to stream it cause I rented it on the website... Live support advised me that I need to rent it in the dektop player to be able to download it.

So I go to the dektop player to rent it there. I do the top up to my wallet of R25 via credit card. I can not rent it there cau I need to wait for 24 - 48 hours before the R25 will show as available... No mention ANYWHERE of this.

I'm shock and appauled at how poorly box offic is opperated. Call center is just as useless saying they can't do anything!!
