Cost / not willing to meet my half way

I order stock on the 26/06/2013. Two clients of mine bought Dunherm DH-901 DVD players from me on the 28/06/2013. The 1ste client opened the DVD player the same day and reported to me that the DVD Player is faulty. I immediately informed Esquire in Port Elizabeth, then I gave him the second dvd player that was in stock here with me... Also to be informed that the DVD Player is faulty.
Courier cost I paid out of my own pocket... Send it back to Esquire and inform them that make sure they tested the equipment before telling me to get it picked up again.
Was informed on the 15/08/2013 that the players can be collected from Esquire. I arrange for the couriers to pick it up.
Client opened his dvd played 20/08/2013 that was returned to him, just to release that the dvd players casing was scratched .. it looks like a 6th hand player. Also the player is still faulty, does not switch on. Informed Esquire about this immediately.
The next day the other client informed me that the dvd player is also faulty. I again informed Esquire about his.
Here is the problem, all the cost to get the "dvd players" swapped out is on me. I must pay for the courier cost... please help me...
