3 OUT OF 4 DVD PLAYERS "BROKEN"

Game had a special on TEAK portable DVD players that ended yesterday. I phoned early the morning and asked the person who answered the phone confirmed that there is still 4 in stock. I requested him to keep 2 DVD players for me until 5 pm and I will come and collect it. He shouted in my ear to another person on the floor in a language I don't understand and then eventually said yes it is fine. When my sister and I arrived at Game yesterday about 4 or 5 of the workers were hanging around the counter and talking to each other. When we told them the story about phoning and they were going to keep 2 they directed us with little interest to another person. Only hand gestures - I requested that a person take us to the appropriate person. We then spoke to another lady who was busy putting prices in the shelf talkers, she reluctantly then said she will go and check in the store room. On her way she stopped at about 3 more prices and lingered then. We waited 10 minutes or more for her return. She came back with one DVD player, on request about where the other one is she said no its broken. We asked then where is the other 2, she immediately then made up the story, no its broken also.
