DSTV handed me over to ITC for their fault!

I paid for a month's subscription after re-connecting to DSTV (I had been off it for a few months). The following month, I saw that it was still on even though I had only paid for the previous month. I thought it was a special to say welcome back or something, as they are usually prompt to disconnect when time's up. 2 months later I got a call from ITC saying DSTV had handed me over for not paying the debt, which was their own error in giving me a month I didn't ask for or pay for.

When I called to ask why they did that at the call centre, they said I should have told them that it's on when I haven't paid. AM I PAID TO DO YOUR ADMIN???

Further to that, I paid the meagre amount they had booked me for, and paid another re-connection fee, and even paid for my current subscription on time, and ITC has called again asking about the money.

It's only that you're the monopoly on the market at the moment. But this issue would have made me change subscribers. PULL UP YOUR SOCKS!!! If you can't handle everything, let others into the monopoly and use your resources more effectively!
