Increase of account even though payments are made

I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from Multichoice. I have taken over payment of this account to insure we are never in arrears and have to go through the hassle to get reconnected. However on Multi choice's side there is a problem. Even though I make the payments, and I am assured via proof of payment over internet banking that it was paid into the right account. Multichoice claims that no payments were made. This has been reoccurring for a couple of months now, and now I have finally had enough. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A POSSITIVE BALLANCE, THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSSPENED UNTIL FURTER PAYMENT IS MADE. I AM REALLY NOT SURE HOW THEY COME TO THAT CONCLUTION... this post is the first step in me taking action against them. I hope this post helps to stop this, so that no other consumers have to go through this. It is unacceptable and highly unprofessional for such a big company. It seems they are only out to make money and do not "CARE" about their customers at all... Needles to say I am an unhappy customer, and have taken steps to cancel the account.
