Can someone at top tv credit my mother for all the months she's been paying in advance instead of you guys switching it off whenever you feel like it and blame it on your systems which i believe people operate them. this is horrible she is a widow and she has to call you and be put on hold forever. am sick and tired of the attitude from your call centre consultants. please get you act together and stop taking advantage of the eldery
