Staff Capturing Error and Rude Attetude

I took my two children yesterday morning to go and see Dispicable Me 2. I purchased our tickets and when we wanted to pass through the lady refused us to go in due to the Staff Member who captured our booking placed a 16LV on. She blatantly refused my and my two small kids access to enter and made sure that the other people entering could overhear what was said. I paid and was treated like a criminal, after I insisted that a manager come and sort this out and missed the first part of the movie I paid the FULL price to see the WHOLE movie, the manager came and said that it was a capturing error. Needless to say, something I tried to do special for me and my kids turned into something nasty and ugly and our whole day was spoilt.
