Operator leave child behind crying hysterically

The operators at the Gold Reef city theme park are unprofessional and have very bad attitude, My wife and I was taking chances to go on the rides, as one goes and the other watches our children. The employee at one of the rides indicated that our child could go on the ride, when my wife, my child and I got onto the log ride the operator said my daughter was too short for the ride. Therefore one of us wanted to stay behind with my child but the operator just started the ride after we insisted he must stop for one of us to get out, Our child was crying hysterically as we never leave her alone or with strangers. My wife tried to get out and her glasses broker as she fell back into the log because the operator did not want to stop the log to allow her out, my wife and I had a fight as she was very upset that we left our child behind with strangers and her glasses broke. When we got back, I went to ask the operator what happened he shout at me "hey go away here I am working" and he pushed me away. I asked for the manager on duty who was supposed to get back to me with feedback, to date no feedback. We went to relax and unwind, but we rather left stressed and frustrated.
