Nu Metro
Mobi for 3D but not this 3D movie

We purchased mobi tickets through Nu Metro who have a loyalty partnership agreement with Liberty Own Your Life. We could not purchase the tickets online as it gave us an error for only being valid only for a 3D movie. At this point we called head office only to be told that our mobi tickets are not valid for the HFR movie which we had not even heard of and that we need to purchase the tickets using our credit card instead and use our voucher for another movie. This is unacceptable as we have our benefit for a reason and now spent money twice just to watch one movie. The least Nu Metro could have done was communicate to Liberty Own Your Life that the tickets cannot be used for this cinema and this particular movie. The best part is no one could or wanted to help us even though there is no price difference between the normal 3D and HFR 3D.
