So yesterday (26/11/2013), me and my wife decide to go watch the new hunger games movie at Nu Metro Woodlands

First I couldn't get any refreshments as the queue was moving at a snails pace and I didn't want to miss the start of the movie

Entering the cinema the first thing i had to do was ask another couple to move as they had taken our seats (I understand that numetro cannot do much to avoid that kind of thing and im not blaming you for this, it just added to my frustration)

Then a few minutes into the movie everything went dark and quite, all the lights, the picture, everything, and there we all sat, in a dark cinema, and no one had any idea what was going on. And not a single Nu Metro staff member came inside to let anyone know what was happening.

After some time a frozen picture came up on the screen, which was displayed there for about 15 mins. After that it seemed that the movie was carrying on but there was no sound. And when they finally sorted that out we had already missed some of the movie.

But when the second blackout happened my wife and I decided to leave, so despite paying R106, I never got to watch my movie.

No wonder there is so much piracy in SA.
