We were booked into a wrong movie and overcharged

We were booked into a wrong movie and not asked for our movie cards and when we complained the lady at the counter started screaming at us like we are a bunch of kids. Saying she asked us where we want to sit and we said anywhere in the cinema. What does that have to do with getting the booking wrong and not taking movie cards from customers? She was so rude I am never going to that Sterkinekor again. People with terrible moods like that should not deal with customers. We spoke to the manager and he apologized on her behalf because she refused to apologise for her rudeness, he offered us a free movie. Sterkinekor not everything can be resolved by a "free movie" sometimes that's an insult, teach your staff professionalism. You can not apologise on someone's behalf unless you have taken action against them otherwise it's just patronizing intelligent people that visit your cinemas.
