Nu Metro
Really bad service

We went to clearwater mall nu metro on Saturday evening and spend R260.00 for 4 people on 3D tickets to see Jack the giant slayer. Firstly, when we went into the movie we notice that the tickets that we were issued with was incorrect. Because it was for an incorrect movie, someone else was then sitting in our seats. So we sat in seats the whole movie through. When I went out to complain to the guy tearing and checking the tickets he then referred me to a cleaner. When I requested to speak to a manger I was told that a manager would not come to me, I have to go to the front desk. This is not acceptable. Train your staff correctly in order for them to do their jobs, I did not know that booking a movie was that complicated. I am not impressed that your managers have told staff that they will not come out to engage with customers. I do not see why I should pay R260.00 for pathetic service and not get what I paid for. Someone needs to fix this!!!
