On Saturday I went to MultiChoice cause i had a problem with our decoder, the primary reboots all the time and not all channels are playing. We were given a small ticket with the number 1228 and told to go to counter 42 which we did and she was a great help. when we get home the primary decoder wont switch on she had changed it for us i call and speak to Ernest the call lasted 30 min and it was working then 30 min later the secondary gives a message xtra view alert waiting for communication from primary phone again 12:03 speak to Xolani he does something the call lasts for 28:33 and its working again then again 13:08 i fone again speak to Kelebogile for 16:33 same problem the call lasts for 16:33 min then again 14:47 speak to Motshidisi ask to speak to a manager she says no magers and a technician supervisor will call before the end of the day call lasts for 11:12 min and then again last call at 17:43 which lasts for 21.55 min and she promises the same thing. I work very hard to pay to pay for this and no one contacted me to apologise i had no secondary decoder working the whole weekend could not tape the shows that i ussually tape and could not even watch it im so disappointed by
