64 line monthly statement??

I was about to pay my monthly subs (extortionate) to DSTV when I check my account it stated I owed R1, 300. My normal bill is R730 and I had used 2 days of a holiday card. I queried with DSTV and got a statement for July showing 64 transactions. Needless to say it made no sense. I wrote back explaining I had used a holiday card for 2 days, other than that just the normal R730. I asked for a simple statement showing R730 plus 2/30 for the holiday and requesting they resolve and done not disconnect my service. As usual they went ahead and disconnected me. I am waiting for a proper bill before recommencing service and expect an apology (fat chance I guess)!
