Break into our unit and then very poor service

We went to vacation club for our friends annual golf tour. We had specific shirts made for the tour which were all on the first day of our vacation. After reporting it, we were made to feel that we had now caused an unnecessary inconvenience for the poor staff of sun city. Not one person actually came to apologize and see how they could try and negate what had happened. I had to beg them to come clean the blood from all the sheets and cupboards which was left behind by the after he had cut himself breaking through the window. When they did eventually come to remove the sheets, they only did a half job and i still had to sleep with blood on my sheets. I can't believe how poor the service was and lack of empathy from all the staff involved. We were not the only rooms broken into and it seems it is a general occurrence at sun city now and no one seems to care. Very very disappointed.
