I switched one of my 1131 decoders to a HD PVR 2P that we got from a friend just to realise that my cabling is not setup correct for the connection. I've been on the phone with the call centre 5 times since Sunday 27/10/2013 to get me back to my original setup 2x 1131 Xtra view. I keep on getting the same error message on my secondary decoder '' Xtra View Alert'' '' No Communication from Primary decoder''.

The consultants keep on telling me it's fixed but when I put down the phone 30 seconds later it is back with the same error message. I'm really frustrated and disgusted by the service I'm getting and am unable to watch anything on the secondary decoder since Sunday.

I need this sorted ASAP please.
