On 31 July I changed from Premium to Select. The lady that assisted me at the call centre was very helpful and gave me an outstanding balance for August of R134 that would then be deducted of my bank account on 5 August. On 5 August Multichoice deducted R560.22 from my bank account. I phoned the call centre to query this. At first the operator wanted to tell me that they deducted the subscription for a premium account for August. After a lengthy explanation that I already changed the account on 31 July and I am not receiving a premium service he tried to tell me that they deducted the subscription for the next three months. Then later he admitted that a fault was made but he could only reverse the money after 7 days. I was not happy with this and requested an immediate refund. I was then transferred to the supervisor who kept on saying he understood my query and there was no problem but then he said to e he cannot help me as I am a panel list and must phone another number. I have used that number once in the past and was asked for some or other installers code so why bother if I don't have the code they wanted. I want an immediate refund that's all. Too much to ask???
