My Decoder was disconnected due to late payment, I went to pay at Absa Branch the sum of R378.60 and it was reconnected the very same day, then on the 1st of July Multichoice deducted R533.00 in my acc which was a debit order. We called Multichoice asking why did they deduct that huge amount? They said its because someone activated a premium subscription and it was activated online. We told them they must disconnect that premium and revert us back to compact and I also want my money back. The lady that works there even though I don't recall her name said she will investigate and she'll get back to us within 3 working days and inform us what their findings were & also that the money will be returned into my account in 7 working days. All of this happened in 13- 18 days ago, & since then no one's called us. I'm not happy with their service, it's poor and shocking for a big company like Multichoice.
