In August 2013 I cancelled my insurance effective as from end of August. First for women proceeded to deduct a premium for September, on the 21st of August, instead of the last day of the month as per my subscription. There were no funds available and the debit order was rejected. They then deducted it again, a day later. This time the money did go off my account.
I gave them some time so that it would reflect on their side, but did not receive a refund. I then inquired about the refund early September. They informed me that they did refund me on the 23rd of August. I checked the bank account and there was no refund. I was requested to send a copy of my bank statement, which I did. That was the last I heard from them. I have since then inquired on 2 separate instances as to when can I expect the refund, and I have had no feedback AT ALL!!
If someone could kindly assist in ensuring I get a refund, it would be appreciated.
