I called there customer service line to get assistance the first call was 14 mins long she cut me off the second call was 67 mins long she disconnected the call at the end by transferring the call to there survey... My problem was worse at the end of the call then it was at the beginning I went from a small issue to having no service at the end of the call then she has the to say its because of my installation not what she has told me to do... Well it was working before the call I had no problems with signal in fact I checked the strength and quality I had 89% and 100% when we were finished I had 0% and 0% but she still told me its my fault or my installation.

For such a big company that I pay over R600 per month what service they give.
