AM I EVER GOING TO GET MY HD PVR INSTALLED??

I purchased a new HD PVR from Makro and with that came a voucher for installation of it by Blingstallation. Last week Wed I called the call centre to book my installation and was told 3-4 working days it would be done. On Tuesday this week being the 5th working day and not being contacted to arrange the installation I again called to follow up. I was told they see it on the system and would call me back with a time and date. No one returned my call so again yesterday I call and was promised that by the end of the day I would be contacted with follow up. Guess what this didn't happen again. So now its been over a week and im sitting with my PVR still in its box. The ridiculous thing is when you call the number the recording says you are on your way to possibly the best service of your life, maybe you should change that as its far from it. maybe multichoice should be informed as well of how you are treating their customers and delaying them receiving higher premiums from people upgrading their services. Seriously underwhelmed and unimpressed by this company, their lack of service and the mere fact they cannot follow up on something simple and inform the customer...
