Let me take your number for WhatsApp... NOT!!!

Dear SK.
When I went to pay for a movie-ticket, Craig went and printed a movie voucher without asking me at all. Why would anyone watch a movie on a Tuesday when there is the awesome 50% discount on movies? Secondly, after I ask him why you print it, he says he has to. I have been watching movies weekly and never once has any staff member told me it has to be printed. The big issue with the movie voucher is, it is printed on those type of till rolls where the ink just goes lighter and eventually after a while it will be completely unreadable. I would know. For my birthday I received a birthday voucher, and I used it this month and there was issues because the cashier couldn't read it. I asked him if he could take the voucher back and put the points back on my name, and he said no. Then he tells me he will sort me out with an additional movie when I come in again, I must just give my cell number and he'll notify me via WhatsApp!!! Seriously WhatsApp??? Last time I checked, a voucher is for one movie, & if you want to reach a customer via cellphone, you dial the number. I'm deeply disgusted because I'm not used to this type of unprofessionalism, especially from Ster-Kinekor.
