Bad Installation and follow up service

Firstly I must reiterate how irate and disgusted I am with this top tv installation company I am. When I initially had purchased my top tv decoder the store had advised me to contact the callcentre and log a call with them to have a so called authorised installer come through to complete the installation for me. They had responded within 48 hours which I had no issue with and all was well. The gentleman who did the installation had assured me if I had any issues I could contact them. This was at the end of May 2013.

Now being the 08th of October 2013 I have an issue whereby the dish is not picking up signal and I had contacted top tv who stated they will get the installer to call me which he did approxiamately 2 hours later.

He stated that since the installation only has a 3 month warranty there would be a call out fee which I accepted but am not happy about as that was initially not explained to me. I also asked if the dish gave an issue with signal if there would be another call out fee and he exclaimed yes there would be which I feel is unacceptable and now he states that he will only come out to me 48 hours later which in turn means me waiting another 2 days. How would you feel?
