Failure to pick up calls

I do not understand how I have waited over 2hours and 34 minutes in total of holding time to get hold of someone to activate my Drifta and still no answer as I write this.

When I chose the option that I was a new customer the call was answered in less the 30 seconds. Then once again put through to the DSTV Mobile Centre.

It seems there is no-one there that finds me or most probably any other customer important.
Very disappointing and I'm looking into stopping my subscription and pay for an overseas subscriber such as Netflix etc. DSTV customer service is a joke.

Hopefully someone will read this and sort out my issue before the year 2045!
