Bad Bad Bad customer relation from a superviso

Every month I have to phone from overseas for DSTV to change the R 000.00 balance on my mothers account to R 625.00 so that I can pay her DSTV with a credit card. This supervisor insist that I do not do this when I do this every month. If I wait for the due date the account get cut off and this supervisor insists that this does not happen when it happens every time. When asked for his name he deliberately speaks so fast that I cannot write down his name.
