Fighting for 4 months!!!

For the past FOUR months, I have been fighting with DSTV about the fact that I have a R890 credit with them, but they keep debiting my account every single month!!
Every month I phone and complain about the same thing, and every month, someone tinkers on their computer and ASSURES me that this problem won't happen again - but lo and behold, every month, it happens again!
This morning I call to complain that I had been debited AGAIN, eventually someone tells me to log into the DSTV website and delete my credit card details. I try doing this, and the system won't allow me to delete it!
Martin - the acting supervisor is telling me to email this one and that one about the problem - but they have an incorrect address for me in their system (which even HE can't update!!), so they will tell me to get lost!
At no point did he ever tell me that he will get the issue resolved with IT or whatever the issue is.. No, I HAVE TO GO RUNNING AFTER MORE PEOPLE TO GET WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE!!!
This is absolute!!! I'm gonna pack my bags and move to TopTV because it clearly looks like DSTV has too many people to please and can't be bothered with those of us needing assistance!
