Lost channels, no customer support! pass the buck!

I have had a problem with missing channels since Tuesday 9 July.! As I do not have tens of rands in airtime I. Contacted DSTV through their Facebook page where they say they monitor the page and log service calls. I got no response so logged the problem 3 times through their website self help. No response Today my someone calls me while at work and tells me I am the only person with this fault and my instalation is faulty... It's only 1 month old? My dish is faulty? Also 1 month old? My decoder is faulty! I must get an installer to come and check everything and if it is proven that it is DSTV that is at fault they'll credit me for the cost of the installer! Then he tells me to post again on their FB page when I get home and someone will definitely call me straight back! I did this FIVE TIMES with only1 response that someone would contact me. NOTHING! Smart card no 42630471607 account no 80196622. Could someone please contact me while I am at home to resolve this issue? If I am the only person with this fault WHY ARE THERE DOZENS of people with the same complaint on FB starting the same day.
