We recently purchased an HD PVR 2P decoder for past 2 months the tv has been displaying your top box is not set up properly on certain channels we have phoned mulitchoice numerous time 3 times a week with no assistance. Taken the decoder twice to randburg got it replaced and now the decoder does not respond to any actions its been 5 days now everytime we REBOOT the decoder it either gets stuck on HD PVR is loading, Shows a picture but if change the channel on decoder it doesnt correspond to the TV then reboots itself, is just blank screen with sound in background, Been instructed to take the smart card out then insert once rebooted then just says E04-4 insert smartcard and gets stuck on that. It is frustrating and we have tried everything. DSTV says get a DSTV accredited installer which we paid for and did he has come fixed it for 24 ghours then the problem came back so he says the problem is the decoder DSTV says its the installer but im paying and recieveing no service. On the verge of cancelling DSTV as is extremely costly and frustrating running in circles. At present i cant even access the MENU
