Refund my R1200!!!

On the 21 June 2013 I paid R1200 into the multichoice acccount in error. I called to request a refund and they asked me to send the proof of payment, copy of my id, letter requesting the refund and bank statement. I forwarded this documentation to a consultant (ANDY RAMOKOKA) and he promised to resolve the matter within 24 hours. To date nothing has been done and urgently need this to be rectified. I was also given the following case numbers 3652835, 3652839, 3654678, 3662753, 3662975, 3652835, 3668434, 3668523 with no response or refund.
