Awaiting a refund since October 2012

I did an EFT incorrectly into Multichoice's acc on 29.10.2012. I have not had services active for the past few years and when I called on the same day, I was promised by the consultant Portia, that a refund will be done in 7 days. I have since been following up and no refund has made to date, nothing but empty promises. First they had an outstanding amt due by me which I agreed for them to offset and refund me the difference. I have never even received correspondence regarding this. Then they had my bank details incorrect. I have since given them the correct details 4 times over the phone!

The level of customer service received from them is shocking, and this is causing me a lot of financial stress. I find it so hard to believe that they cannot process a simple refund and there has never been any contact from them regarding the non refund to date.
