Holding forever to answe

I have extra view on my decoder so there was an problem for the last 2 weeks that the unit just resets itself like 5 or 6 times an day i phoned in last night and the system told me i am number 68 in the line after 27 min a guy answered and told me he can't help me i must hold on for extra view the i was number 79 in line so i hang up the phone i think it is pathetic the service we get for the big amount of money we pay for dstv. not only is the movies showing over and over then we must wait for an hour to get helped wen something is wrong with dstv!!!
