Reconnection

All I want is to do reconnection. I called call Center about 5 times and they kept us on hold for more that 10 minutes on avery attempt. We have send sms 3 times to this number 32472 and they are anable to process ou request. We loged on to internet (on they selfservice) still the was no assistance.
