Please refund incorrectly charged reconnection fee

My husbands Dec pamyent was delayed and resulted in services being suspended. I communicated with Multichoice and sent proof. I was promised that reconnection fee was going to be reversed but it wasnt. I paid it with Jan account. Please rectify and advise when complete.
