Bad service with accounts and call centre

I paid my account via EFT. With a payment notification from my online banking, to [Email Removed]
It has been 48 hours and still not connected. Trying to call centre is another headache, why must we hang in for 20 minutes, with unnecessary automated advertising, eating up ones airtime. I used up R40 airtime holding on, with no luck in getting to talk to a consultant. I tried calling 0112892222 again this morning, and the call does not even go through, error message: no circuit what is this. I am furious. And will be cancelling my account.
