Call centre and reconnection FAIL

I was out of town and forgot to pay my account, I subsequently paid it plus the R50 reconnection fee, yesterday, I am however still awaiting reconnection more than 24 hours later.
When I tried phoning the call centre I was "waiting for a consultant" for over 20 minutes, I tried phoning 2 more times and same story. What is the point of a call centre if I can never get through??
