This is getting out of hand

I am sick of calling Multichoice for reconnection and reversal of reconnection fees.
Everytime I pay and payments get delayed and calls take forever to be answered, and calling from a cellphone is costly.

I need DSTV to reverse all reconnection fees for April in my account with immediate effect. I am sick of feeling like a criminal that dodges payments!!!
