Incorrect Billing and shocking service

Have been trying since March 2013 to get one decoder removed from my commercial account. I have phoned, emailed and physically gone into Multichoice on a number of occasions and been reassured that the reversals to my account would be done. I emailed on 24 June to the person who undertook to reverse the 3 months of incorrect billing as per the accounts department and he did not even reply. Trying to call Commercial is such a waste of time, the phone just rings and rings and rings. I am left with no other recourse but to lodge my complaint on Helopeter. Hopefully someone responsible will do something concrete. Very poor performance for such an expensive service.
